Cross Country

Cross Country

Cross Country is a fall sport that is a great way to stay in shape, meet new people, and have fun.

The Cross Country team is open to all students, regardless of experience or skill level. Cross Country is a great way to stay in shape for other sports, such as track and field. Athletes can also use cross country as a great way to build character and learn the importance of hard work, dedication, and teamwork.

The team practices five times a week and competes in meets against other schools in the area. The team travels to meets throughout the area, so there is an opportunity to see new places and meet new people. The season starts in August and ends in November.
